Please note:Franklin Central Apartments has a strict "no party" policy. Bookings may not be accepted that have been made locally or with the intentionof having aparty, get together, etc. Franklin Central Apartments reserves the right to cancel your booking if it is deemed that the apartment occupants may violate this policy. At any stage, if we suspect your booking is goingt o cause other guests disruption/discomfort, it may be cancelled and no refund issued. This is a strict policy which will be enforced for the comfort of all guests, as neccessary. Only registered guests may occupy the apartment after 11pm.

A Valid credit card must also be supplied at checkin. Photo ID will also be required.

9. Applicable Law
Theuseof this site is governed by, and is to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. By using this site you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

If you access this site from overseas you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for complying and abiding by the laws of the country from which you accessed this site.

10. Cancellations
A minimumof 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations with the exception of special events as listed below,whereby no cancellations are permitted. Cancellations made within 48hours of checkin time, or should the reservation not be taken (a no-show), then a one night room rate charge will be applied. All cancellations must be advised in writing (Fax/email/post).

11. Credit cards
If you provide your credit card details to guarantee your reservation this will ensure your accommodation is held for the first night of your stay(ieuntil 7.00a.m. the follow morning).
In the event that youdo notarrive at the property or if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, then a one night room rate charge will beapplied. By clicking on 'Submit Booking' on the Book Nowpages You accept these conditions.


2Terms and Conditions of Stay (22/9/2008)

The following Terms and Conditions apply whilst staying at Franklin Central Apartments.

  1. Unlessotherarrangements exist, an amount equal to anticipated costs will be"preauthorised" on the Credit Card provided on arrival. This is heldtocover costs until departure. Cash payments must be made in full on,orbefore arrival. Photo ID must be provided by all guests not havingtheircosts covered by a credit account.

  1. IssuedKeys,Security Tags (and Car Park access control device) must bereturned toReception on departure or the following charges will apply
    1. $25 per key
    2. $10 per security Tag
    3. $100 per Car Park access control device
  2. A Security company Call Out fee ($70) may be charged if a guest requires assistance to unlock their apartmentbetween 11.00pm and 7.00am
  3. Pets or other animals must not be taken into the Apartment. Additional cleaning charges apply if this condition is breached.

  1. Only registered guests may occupy the apartment after 11.00pm.

  1. Parties must not be held in any apartment. Additional cleaning charges apply if this condition is breached.

  1. Allguestsand their visitors must respect the comfort and safety of allotherguests and tenants. This includes, (but is not limited to)makingexcessive noise. Franklin Central Apartments management or their security staff reserves the right to make judgments in this regard.

  1. In relation to conditions 5, 6 & 7, Franklin Central Apartmentsreservesthe right to vacate guests from the property if they do notabide bythese conditions. Any accommodation is forfeited in this case.All costsincurred to resolve noise complaints from a unit or itsvisitors may becharged.

  1. Franklin Central Apartmentsisa Non Smoking property. A $100 surcharge applies if the apartmentisleft with the aroma of cigarette smoke due to smoking, or depositedashor butts.

  1. Guestsshallbe liable for any loss or damage caused to appliances,furniture,fixtures and all fittings, fair wear and tear excepted.

  1. Apartmentsmustbe left in a generally clean and tidy state. Dirty dishes shouldbeplaced in the dishwasher and rubbish must be in the bins orbagsprovided. Extra cleaning fees may apply if this is not the case.

  1. Unlessotherarrangements are made, all costs and any additional charges dueto theseclauses will be charged to the Credit Card given at the timeof“Check-in”. Invoices can be provided for any additional chargesonrequest.

  1. FranklinCentralApartments shall not be responsible or liable to compensateguests forloss, theft, or damage of personal property on, or broughtinto theapartment or in the immediate vicinity of any of theapartments. Thisincludes motor vehicles in provided parking.

  1. Written authority is required for all Company Accounts prior to arrival.

  1. Local telephone calls are charged at the rate of 70c (plus GST) per call.

Check-out time is 10.00AM - please contact Reception staff if extended time is required.
