Please note:Franklin Central Apartments has a strict "no party" policy. Bookings may not be accepted that have been made locally or with the intention of having a party, get together, etc. Franklin Central Apartments reserves the right to cancel or refuse your booking if it is deemed that the apartment occupants may violate this policy. At any stage, if we suspect your booking is going to cause other guests disruption/discomfort, it may be cancelled or refused and no refund issued. This is a strict policy which will be enforced for the comfort of all guests, as neccessary. Only registered guests may occupy the apartment after 11pm.

A Valid credit card must also be supplied at checkin. Photo ID will also be required.

These are the current Terms and Conditions for use of this Site. Franklin Central Apartments may at any time vary the Terms and Conditions by Franklin Central Apartments displaying the changes on this site and by visiting this site You acknowledge You will comply with the Terms and Conditions.You are advised to refer to the Terms and Condition regularly as You are bound by them when using this site.

Offers,promotions and other programs may be offered from time to time on this site. Any  such offer, promotion and/or program will be subject to terms and conditions. You agree to provide Photo Identification to enable us to confirm you are the cardholder.

You warrant that all information that You supply is true and correct;
You agree to pay fees, taxes etc specified herein.

9. Applicable Law
The use of this site is governed by, and is to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. By using this site you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

Franklin Central Apartments makes no representation that the contents of this site complies with the laws of any country outside of Australia. If you access this site from overseas you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for complying and abiding by the laws of the country from which you accessed this site.

10. Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations with the exception of special events as listed below,whereby no cancellations are permitted. Cancellations made within 48hours of checkin time, or should the reservation not be taken (a no-show), then a one night room rate charge will be applied. All cancellations must be advised in writing (Fax/email/post).

11. Credit cards
 Your Credit card is given to secure the reservation and will be charged for the total accommodation amount within 48 hours of the reservation being processed.
In the event that you do not arrive at the property or if you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, then a one night room rate charge will be applied. By clicking on 'Submit Booking' on the Book Now pages You accept these conditions.


2Terms and Conditions of Stay (22/9/2008)

The following Terms and Conditions apply whilst staying at Franklin Central Apartments.

  1. Unless other arrangements exist, an amount equal to anticipated costs will be"preauthorised" on the Credit Card provided on arrival. This is held to cover any costs. Cash payments must be made in full on,or before arrival. Photo ID must be provided by all guests and a copy retained.

  1. Issued Keys,Security Tags (and Car Park access control device) must be returned to Reception on departure or the following charges will apply
    1. $25 per key
    2. $10 per security Tag
    3. $100 per Car Park access control device
  2. A Security company Call Out fee ($70) may be charged if a guest requires assistance to unlock their apartment between 11.00pm and 7.00am
  3. Pets or other animals must not be taken into the Apartment. Additional cleaning charges apply if this condition is breached.

  1. Only registered guests may occupy the apartment after 11.00pm.

  1. Parties must not be held in any apartment. Additional cleaning charges apply if this condition is breached.

  1. All guests and their visitors must respect the comfort and safety of all other guests and tenants. This includes, (but is not limited to)making excessive noise. Franklin Central Apartments management or their security staff reserves the right to make judgments in this regard.

  1. In relation to conditions 5, 6 & 7, Franklin Central Apartments reserves the right to vacate guests from the property if they do not abide by these conditions. Any accommodation is forfeited in this case.All costs incurred to resolve noise complaints from a unit or its visitors may be charged.

  1. Franklin Central Apartments is a Non Smoking property. A $100 surcharge applies if the apartment is left with the aroma of cigarette smoke due to smoking, or deposited ash or butts.

  1. Guests shall be liable for any loss or damage caused to appliances,furniture,fixtures and all fittings, fair wear and tear excepted.

  1. Apartments must be left in a generally clean and tidy state. Dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and rubbish must be in the bins or bags provided. Extra cleaning fees may apply if this is not the case.

  1. Unless other arrangements are made, all costs and any additional charges due to these clauses will be charged to the Credit Card given at the time of“Check-in”. Invoices can be provided for any additional charges on request.

  1. Franklin Central Apartments shall not be responsible or liable to compensate guests for loss, theft, or damage of personal property on, or broughti nto the apartment or in the immediate vicinity of any of the apartments. This includes motor vehicles in provided parking.

  1. Written authority is required for all Company Accounts prior to arrival.

  1. Local telephone calls are charged at the rate of 70c (plus GST) per call.

Check-out time is 10.00AM - please contact Reception staff if extended time is required.
