Sorry but we will not accept bookings that have been made locally or with the intention of having a party, get together, after formal party etc. If at all we suspect your booking may violate this we will have your booking cancelled. Or at check-in if we suspect your booking is going to cause other guests some disruption/discomfort, your booking will be refused and no refund issued. This is a strict policy which we will enforce. The use of this site is governed by, and is to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. By using this site you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia. Franklin Central Apartments makes no representation that the contents of this site complies with the laws of any country outside of Australia. If you access this site from overseas you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for complying and abiding by the laws of the country from which you accessed this site. 10. Cancellations
Cancellation received by Franklin Central Apartments 24 hours prior to the date of arrival shall not be subject to any penalties.
Should a cancellation be received within 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, or should the reservation not be taken (a no-show), then a one night room rate charge will be applied. All cancellations must be advised in writing (Fax/email/post). 11. Credit cards
If you provide your credit card details to guarantee your reservation this will ensure your accommodation is held for the first night of your stay(ie until 7.00a.m. the follow morning).
In the event that you do not arrive at the property or if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, then a one night room rate charge will be applied. By clicking on 'Submit Booking' on the Book Now pages You accept these conditions.
2.Terms and Conditions of Stay (26/6/2006)
The following Terms and Conditions apply whilst staying at Franklin Central Apartments. 1. Unless other arrangements exist, an amount equal to anticipated costs will be "pre authorised" on the Credit Card provided on arrival. This is held to cover costs until departure. Cash payments must be made in full on, or before arrival. Photo ID must be provided by all guests not having their costs covered by a credit account.
2. Issued Keys, Security Tags (and Car Park access control device) must be returned to Reception on departure or the following charges will apply a. $25 per key b. $10 per security Tag c. $100 per Car Park access control device 3. A Security company Call Out fee ($70) may be charged if a guest requires assistance to unlock their apartment between 11.00pm and 7.00am
4. Pets or other animals must not be taken into the Apartment. Additional cleaning charges apply if this condition is breached.
5. Only registered guests may occupy the apartment after 11.00pm.
6. Parties must not be held in any apartment. Additional cleaning charges apply if this condition is breached.
7. All guests and their visitors must respect the comfort and safety of all other guests and tenants. This includes, (but is not limited to) making excessive noise. Franklin Central Apartments management or their security staff reserves the right to make judgments in this regard.
8. In relation to conditions 5, 6 & 7, Franklin Central Apartments reserves the right to vacate guests from the property if they do not abide by these conditions. Any accommodation is forfeited in this case. All costs incurred to resolve noise complaints from a unit or its visitors may be charged.
9. Franklin Central Apartments is a Non Smoking property. A $50 surcharge applies if smoking occurs inside the apartment during the term of your stay.
10. All guests shall be liable for any loss or damage to appliances, furniture, fixtures and all fittings in the unit, fair wear and tear excepted.
11. Apartments must be left in a generally clean and tidy state. Dirty dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and rubbish must be in the bins or bags provided. Extra cleaning fees may apply if this is not the case.
12. Unless other arrangements are made, all costs and any additional charges due to these clauses will be charged to the Credit Card given at the time of “Check-in”. Invoices can be provided for any additional charges on request.
13. Franklin Central Apartments shall not be responsible or liable to compensate guests for loss, theft, or damage of personal property on, or brought into the apartment or in the immediate vicinity of any of the apartments. This includes motor vehicles in provided parking.
14. Written authority is required for all Company Accounts prior to arrival.
15. Local telephone calls are charged at the rate of 70c (plus GST) per call.
16. Check-out time is 10.00AM - please contact Reception staff if extended time is required.
JUNE/JULY - Tell us what you want to pay! For June/July, we are trying something different, we are giving you the chance to tell us what you want to pay! For any dates in June/July, you can send through a nightly rate, we will have a look and if we like your offer we will get straight back to you and book you in!
